ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

1. The staff. They are very helpful, friendly and go out of the way to assist you. 2. Food is excellent. I tried the Chinese and the North Indian restaurant which I cannot remember the name.

I would not say I did not like but more of a feedback as this remarks did not affect my stay. 1. The light below the TV goes off and on from time to time. Likewise, a light at the bottom of the sink.

Excellent property and service levels

Hotel is clean. Location was perfect

Rooms are too modern. Glass wall between bedroom and bathroom just screams cheap. Hotel can be very loud due to parties and weddings. Staff at buffet is all over the place. They are short on napkins and silverware all the time, handing out paper tissue napkins. Coffee and tea sometimes never come and need multiple reminders. Handing out paper tissue napkins. We stayed at Taj, ITC and Six Senses and ITC had lowest level of service.

Location was good and breakfast was great ?

Assign smoking room besides requesting non-smoking room.I had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights non-smoking rooms.when we arrived front desk said we are fully booked so have to give you 2 rooms on smoking floor and other 2 rooms Different floors and don’t have what we booked.On other 2 rooms one of the rooms smell like just finished smoking party.that bad smell of smoke.Can’t even went all the way inside the room.Just quickly turn around and come out of room.second room same thing happened.We came back to front desk and firstly they try to convince like there was no room available for that night said we will move you next day to correct room.And that was 11:00pm at night.We waited in the lobby till 1:45 am and finally giving us both rooms. Don’t know where the rooms came from just while back there was no rooms available.manager said have one upgraded room.but In that room not good cleaning either.Me and my family very disappointed specially kids not happy.If you had late checked in or arrived late that doesn’t meanCan give you smoking room. Specially did called atleast 3 time and mentioned for non-smoking rooms.

The breakfast spread was good. However, they need to improve the quality of local (Gujarati) food.

They should offer two beds in each type of room

I loved the hotel stay, food , staff and everything. I loved the cleanliness and also vibrant environment. I would prefer ITC over any hotel of the same category.

I just would like to have more one to one communication so that it becomes easy, meaning it is difficult to contact via phone and leads to bad communication while travelling and having less time. Thank you.

The staff is pleasantly warm and welcoming. The food is good. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is popular hence numerous wedding parties, and numerous events concurrently draw in the crowds. It's nice, but if you also seek a quiet spot and a moment of silence, that may be difficult. Not complaining. It was good seeing folks in finery, and watching the IIM alumni from afar. ?

Everything was way above par for the most part. The staff were wonderful, very attentive to our needs, the hotel itself is impressive and works like a well oiled rig.

Just a word of caution - please encourage your staff to never take short cuts. On our last breakfast day, I was disturbed to witness a waiter making a subjective judgement call on which glasses and silverware at a nearby table were used. He only cleared away those things that he decided were used. This is unacceptable at every level. Mistakes can be made. At any table where guests have sat, everything should be cleared away to be safe.

Indifferent staff. Aged property. No welcome drink. Not given water while checking in despite asking for it.Over rated and over priced. Not like other. ITC luxury selections which we have used

No doubt, a stunningly beautiful hotel. Gorgeous lobby, great rooms and corridors, Excellent design.

I had a lot of issues during my 2 nights stay. Did not rate lower because these may be issues that only I faced.1. I woke up in the morning to super loud drilling and construction work. I took a measure on my decibel meter app, it was over 100 db. (I am a musician, so my readings are accurate) Deafening sound. I tried tolerating it for a while, but went on for almost 3 hours. Then I called my butler, and no result. Finally I had to post about it with a video on my Instagram (a million followers) and then it stopped, with apologies from all involved.2. Breakfast buffet: My butler was very helpful, but the dishes at the buffet were rarely refilled, and even after making 2 rounds I would see that the same dishes are empty. Poorly managed.3. I ordered some food to the room. a: Coleslaw: Was made of ONLY shredded carrots and some olive oil or transparent dressing. The chef insisted that it was coleslaw!! Shocking.b: Tarter sauce: It felt like it was actually cooked, with some weird flavoring and vegetables. Absolutely nothing to do with tarter sauce. Again, the chef insisted that it was indeed tarter sauce.c: I had asked for French fries, only on the condition that it was freshly cut and fried, even if imperfect. If this was not available I even suggested an alternate dish, but the lady who took the order was confident about getting it made. What came to me was OBVIOUSLY the regular vendor acquired frozen fries. Again, chef insisted that it was freshly hand cut, which was just not true. I even took pictures.d: The tomato basil soup was tasty, but just too thin in consistency. This was the only dish I consumed, and only because I was very hungry.I decided to check out of the hotel that evening, because I just did not want to have dinner there. The management did suggest I not pay for one night because of all the noise and trouble I faced, but I insisted on paying my complete bill.

The check-in process and staff were excellent. Sneha, If I remember the name correctly in the front desk, was very helpful, polite and courteous. The person in the concierge desk remembered my name till the day I left, which was amazing.

Maybe the swimming pool is a little small that's it.

Check in and check out was not quick at all and very annoying and in my room chair for work desk was damaged and not comfortable at all

The staff at ITC Narmada made our stay awesome. They accommodated our requests to extend our stay even when the hotel was full because of IPL. The resident manager, the staff, Sakshi at the reception- I cannot even begin to say how thankful i was.

Absolutely nothing - the property and the staff made ITC feel like home

The ambiance and the individual care taken by every one of the staff, the house keeping and the VIP treatment was just excellent

I had a very nice stay and a free upgrade for the room which was amazing , this was my third time staying in this hotel and every time I have an amazing experience.

Good place but staff needs to be understanding and customer supportive not profit seeking blatantly .. I asked for an early check in at 9 am so as to change and go to a meeting at 11 am which was 45 minutes away from hotel .. they wanted 50% room charge ( rs 5000 for 1.30 hours early was too much ) to give it right away but gave me room only after 10.30 which meant I had no time to change ..

Good breakfast, dining options are superb.Amazingly friendly staff.

I didnt eat well but good indian veg food was available . I was reminded an episode in flight where I wanted to sit on my booked window seat and a girl was sitting there I myself now realise that was a mistake . And will never happen

The security guard kept his security equipment in my car which is from my fathers money

Worst property every! Horrible staff in reception. No sense of hospitality. Made the wrong invoice. No basic manners

Good location, rooms were big and clean. The amenities in the rooms were basic. Service was terrible! Food in restaurant or room service took forever. We had to wait almost 4 hrs to get our room. Room was given to us only at 6pm!!
